Currently you can order your pictures within collections, based on "Date taken, then filename", Filename, PhotoID, and "Date/Time Stamp, then filename" from EXIF data within the picture, or "Photo description" based on the description you write yourself in the collection editor.

The feature of being able to re-order pictures to another order is something we're looking to add in the not too distant future, so keep an eye out for it!
